My 800 square foot home sits on three acres of mountain overlooking the breathtaking Dempsey Creek Valley where you will enjoy complete privacy as my closest neighbor is ½ mile away. Only a ten minute drive from the World Famous Lava Hot Springs. My home has an open floor plan which creates a very cozy and warm feeling. It will accommodate eight adults comfortably. There is a deluxe queen-size bed in the bedroom (no door). In the living room there is a futon that folds down into a very comfortable full-size bed and a day bed with a second twin-size bed that rolls out from under it. Air mattresses can be provided to sleep two more adults. There is a propane fireplace to keep you warm in the winter and a swamp cooler to keep you cool in the summer. In the well-stocked kitchen you’ll find a stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots and pans, spices, coffee pot, coffee, tea, sweetener, creamer and in the fridge there is door food (mustard, ketchup, mayo, and some salad dressings). In the bathroom there is a fabulous 22” deep soaking tub. For your entertainment there is an indoor dart board a big box of games, a stereo with CD player and outside you’ll find a volleyball court, horse shoes, hillbilly horse shoes, two beautiful decks to enjoy the spectacular view and in the back there is a patio with speakers, a fire pit in the center and a gas barbeque. All linens and bedding are included. All you need to bring is your toiletries and groceries. Your loyal pets are welcomed with a refundable pet deposit. Four-wheel drive is recommended to access my home as the last one-mile to my home is a mountain road that can become impassable with a two-wheel drive vehicle throughout the year.
